1. Introduction
Welcome to Agentsio, a UK-based AI telephony and automation service operated by William Lawrence, Boston, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Agentsio website, AI Receptionist platform, and related services. By using or registering for our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Service Overview
Agentsio provides cloud-based call handling, transcription, and AI-driven virtual receptionist functionality. The service may use third-party platforms including Twilio, Google Cloud, OpenAI, and Stripe to deliver telephony, speech services, AI responses, and billing.
We aim to offer a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to the nature of internet, cloud, and telecommunication systems.
3. Account Registration
To use the service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our current pricing plans include:
- Pay-as-you-go: £10/month + £0.75 per call
- Package Plan: £30/month including 60 calls, then £0.75 per extra call
All payments are processed via Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We may revise prices with at least 30 days' notice; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any pricing changes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Send offensive, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection and telecommunication laws when handling your customer information.
6. Data and Privacy
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You remain the controller of your customer data and transcripts.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for high uptime, the service depends on third-party infrastructure (Twilio, Google Cloud, OpenAI, and Stripe). As a result, temporary interruptions, delays, or data unavailability may occur. We will take reasonable steps to resolve issues promptly.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- All calls will be connected or answered
- Transcripts or AI responses will be complete, accurate, or error-free
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm.
Specifically, we are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage resulting from:
- Missed or unanswered calls
- Errors or omissions in call transcripts
- AI-generated responses or actions
- Service delays, interruptions, or outages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded (e.g., fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and materials associated with Agentsio remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of your customer data and call transcripts.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account if:
- You breach these Terms & Conditions
- Your payment fails or remains overdue
- We are required to do so by law or partner services
Upon account closure, all associated transcripts and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
